Q · 01 Why fixed price instead of hourly billing? +
Fixed price means planning certainty for you and for us. What’s in the quote stands — even if we end up taking longer. We bear the risk, not you. Only outside the packages (ongoing maintenance, later extensions) do we bill by actual time — a flat € 99 per hour, the same rate for every activity.
Q · 02 What is NOT included in the packages? +
Copy (if you can’t supply existing content) and professional photography. We do help with copywriting using AI workflows and can connect you with photographers from our network. Also not included: payment functionality for online shops and complex booking systems — we quote those individually because they vary so much from project to project.
Q · 03 How does payment work? +
Usually two installments: 50 % on order acceptance, 50 % on go‑live. For larger projects from € 6,000 onwards we split into three (40 % / 30 % / 30 %). You receive a proper invoice with all legally required information. Under the German small-business rule (§ 19 UStG) we do not charge VAT — the quoted fixed price is the final price, no upfront-payment tricks, no hidden subscription traps.
Q · 04 What happens after launch? +
You are not on your own. Hosting and email run as an all-in package from € 300 per year — mailboxes, backups, SSL and security patches are included. Small change requests (a new team member, updated opening hours, a banner) we often handle within half an hour — no ticket, no wait.
Q · 05 What if I don’t like the design? +
The Business Relaunch and Performance Setup include two design proposals plus two revision rounds. We don’t move to technical implementation until the design is right for you. The Practice Starter uses a curated template with one round of adjustments — that’s how we keep the price stable.
Q · 06 Can I add features later? +
Absolutely. The sites are built modularly — an additional landing page, a blog, a booking form or an online shop can be added any time without rebuilding the whole site. Extensions are billed by actual time or as a small fixed‑price module.
