Can I host a site with you that wasn't built by Pageartist?
Yes. We host WordPress and static sites regardless of who built them. We'll do a quick technical review first to make sure there's nothing that would cause issues — then we handle the migration.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You get a full export of your files and database. No lock-in, no proprietary formats. Your site belongs to you — we just run it.
Do you also offer email hosting?
Yes, email accounts are included in all packages. We set up proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records so your emails don't end up in spam. For larger setups or Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, we can assist with migration.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All packages are monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. We prefer to earn your business every month rather than lock you in.
What if my site gets hacked?
We restore from the most recent clean backup, identify and close the vulnerability, and clean up any injected code. Managed update packages significantly reduce the risk — most hacks exploit known vulnerabilities in unpatched plugins.
Do you also host sites outside Leverkusen?
Of course. Hosting is fully remote. We manage sites across NRW and Germany-wide — the server is in Germany regardless of where you are.
