Managed hosting means somebody takes care of it. Not in theory, but concretely — with a phone number and a direct line. We know how your site is configured, because we set it up.
The same goes for email, and there it usually hurts more. A mailbox that fills up because every additional gigabyte is charged separately. Messages that land in spam because SPF, DKIM and DMARC were never set properly. With us, mailboxes are part of the package — with fixed storage per mailbox and verified deliverability.

Mailboxes with fixed storage
Every package comes with mailboxes — 5 GB per mailbox in the Start and Praxis packages, 15 GB in Business. No per-gigabyte surcharge of the kind the large providers bill separately.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured
We set your domain's authentication records in full and verify them afterwards. That way your mail lands in the inbox, not in the recipient's spam folder.
Spam filtering included
Incoming messages are filtered before they reach your mailbox. Whatever slips through or gets caught by mistake, we correct on request.
GDPR-compliant data processing agreement
You get a signed DPA — no form chaos, no legal waffle. That puts you on the safe side as the operator of the website.
Automatic daily backups
Every night your website and mailboxes are backed up in full. If the worst happens we restore the last state within a few hours — at no extra cost.
SSL certificates included
Let's Encrypt certificates are issued and renewed automatically for every address, including redirects. No expired certificate, no "Not secure" warning in the address bar.
Round-the-clock uptime monitoring
We are notified before you are when your site is unreachable. Most outages we fix before you even notice them.

Requirements check
We work out what you need: how many websites, domains, mailboxes and how much storage. On that basis we recommend the right package — even when that is the smaller one.
Setting up server, domain and mailboxes
We configure the web server, name servers, mailboxes and SSL. You get a clean environment, not half-finished default settings.
Migrating existing data
Existing website and mailboxes? We transfer files, database and every email in the background while your business carries on as normal. Your addresses stay exactly the same.
Deliverability & security hardening
SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set and verified, firewall rules apply, unnecessary services are switched off. Security is not a checkbox, it is part of the setup.
Backups & monitoring
Nightly backups of website and mailboxes run to a separate storage location. The uptime monitor reports outages to us before you notice them.
Handover & ongoing support
We walk through together what has been set up. After that we are available for questions, changes and technical problems — without billing by the hour for small things.
