Why a strategy audit?
Most businesses we speak to already have a website and are spending money on some form of digital marketing. The question isn't whether to invest — they already are. The question is why it isn't producing the results it should.
The answer is almost always in the data: pages that should rank but don't, ad spend going to the wrong keywords, conversion paths that break on mobile, tracking that's measuring the wrong things. You can't fix what you can't see.
A strategy audit gives you an objective, documented picture of where things stand — and a prioritised roadmap of what to do next. Not a list of 80 items, but a clear sequence: quick wins first, strategic investments second. So you know where to spend the next euro and the next hour.
What you get.
Full website review
Technical SEO, page speed, content structure, conversion paths, mobile usability. We document what works, what doesn't, and why — with evidence, not opinion.
Organic visibility analysis
Search Console data, ranking gaps, missing pages, cannibalization issues, competitor visibility. Where are you losing clicks you should be winning?
Google Ads account review
Wasted spend, match type problems, weak ad copy, missing negatives, broken tracking. If you're running Ads, we find what's costing you money.
Competitive gap analysis
What are your top 3 competitors doing that you're not? Where are they ranking that you're invisible? We map the gap so you can close it.
Prioritised action roadmap
Not a list of 80 recommendations that's impossible to act on. A prioritised plan: quick wins first, strategic projects second, long-term investments third.
90-minute results call
Every audit includes a 90-minute walkthrough where we explain findings, answer questions, and discuss the roadmap. You understand what to do next — and why.
How it works.
We work from data, not assumptions. Every finding in the report is backed by evidence from your actual accounts — not generic best-practice checklists.
Briefing & access
Short briefing call (30 minutes). You share access to Search Console, Google Ads (if applicable), and GA4. We sign an NDA if needed — standard for this kind of work.
Technical & SEO audit
Crawl analysis, Core Web Vitals, indexability, backlink profile, keyword rankings, content gaps. Everything documented in a structured findings report.
Ads & conversion audit
If you're running Ads: account structure, match types, negative keyword gaps, conversion tracking accuracy, landing page quality scores. We find the leaks.
Competitor analysis
Top 3 competitors benchmarked on organic visibility, content coverage, backlink profile, and ad spend. We identify the gaps you can realistically close.
Findings report
Written report with findings categorised by impact and effort. Quick wins (implement this week), medium-term projects (1–3 months), and strategic investments (3–12 months).
Walkthrough & Q&A
90-minute video call to walk through the report together. You ask questions, we explain the reasoning behind each recommendation. You leave with a clear picture of what to do next.
Packages & prices.
The audit is a fixed-price product. If you want more ongoing support, you can add the sparring or implementation option — but that's not a requirement.

Frequently asked questions.
Who is a strategy audit for?
Businesses that have a website and are either running marketing activities (Ads, SEO) without clear results, or are about to invest in digital marketing and want to know where to start. It's not for sites that are brand new — you need enough history for the data to be meaningful.
What access do you need?
Google Search Console (view access), GA4 (view access), and Google Ads (read-only access) if you're running campaigns. No passwords needed — Google's standard account sharing works fine.
How long does the audit take?
From briefing call to delivered report: typically 5–10 business days. The full strategy audit (with competitor analysis) is at the longer end. We don't rush audits — a wrong prioritisation is worse than a delayed one.
Is this a sales pitch in disguise?
No. The audit stands on its own regardless of whether you work with us afterwards. We'll naturally mention services we offer if they're relevant — but you'll receive an honest assessment either way. If your biggest problem is something we don't offer, we'll tell you that too.
Can I implement the recommendations myself?
Yes. The report is written for implementation, not just for reading. Quick wins are documented with enough detail that a developer or in-house team can execute them. If you want us to handle implementation, the Audit + Implementation package covers that.
Do you also do audits for businesses outside Leverkusen?
Yes. The audit is entirely remote. We work with businesses across NRW and Germany-wide — no local office required.
Let's find out what's holding your site back.
A 30-minute call to scope the audit — free and without obligation. We'll tell you which package makes sense for your situation and what you can expect to learn.
