When an audit helps.
You have a website. Technically it's fine — or perhaps it isn't, but right now you don't know that. Either way, it isn't delivering what it should: too few enquiries, too few contacts, too little trust at first impression.
At the same time you have already been given recommendations: build a new website, more content, do SEO, run Google Ads. Everyone says something different. You don't know what makes sense first — and you don't want to invest blindly.
That is exactly what the strategy audit is for. 90 minutes, we look at your site together, and afterwards you get it in black and white: what the weak points are and in which order you should tackle them. No padding, no generic lecture.
You can then implement the result without us — we don't want to tie you in. If you say after the audit "I'll do that myself or with my agency", that's good. At least you then have clarity about what needs doing.
What you get.
90-minute call with screen sharing
We go through your website together — page by page, section by section. No standard catalogue, no automated tool report. Real eyes on your real problem.
Structured weak-point analysis
We look at technology, structure, content and conversion paths. What is missing, what confuses, what sends visitors away instead of leading them onwards — we name it clearly.
Written action plan
Within 5 business days of the call you receive 3–5 pages of prioritised recommendations. Not "it might help if" — but concrete next steps in a sensible order.
Quick wins first
Whatever can be implemented within a week and takes effect immediately is at the top. What should be tackled in the medium term comes after that. After the audit you know where to start.
No sales pitch
The action plan is written so that you can also implement it without us. We don't want to build a dependency — if you would rather tackle a recommendation yourself or with another provider, that's good.
Honest second opinion
You already have an agency or a freelancer? We take an independent look. No diplomatic talking around it — if something doesn't work, we say so.
How it works.
Booking & scheduling
You book the audit and choose an appointment. Payment by invoice in advance or by payment link — whichever you prefer.
Pre-call questionnaire
We send you 5–8 questions in advance: who is your target audience, what should the website achieve, what bothers you most, what have you already tried. That way we get to the point faster in the call.
90-min call with screen sharing
We go through your site live together. No lecture, no presentation — we comment on what we see, ask questions, note starting points. You can ask questions straight away.
Written audit
Within 5 business days you receive the action plan as a PDF. 3–5 pages, structured by priority: what now, what next, what later. Concrete and without filler words.
Follow-up questions by email
Once you have received the audit you can put follow-up questions in writing. No extra fee — if something is unclear, we clear it up.
Optional 30-min follow-up
After 4 weeks you can optionally book a short follow-up call: what has been implemented, what is stuck, what has changed. For clients who value a sparring partner.
